WHO evaluates the applications and HOW does the selection process take place?
The submission documents will be examined with regard to the terms and conditions.
Two project evaluators each from Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Slovakia make a preselection for the SozialMarie expert jury from the submissions of the respective countries. Each jury member can then add a project to the preselection.
Based on this preselection, the jury decides in three steps:
- Determination of the maximum 35 nominations
- Identification of the 15 prize-winning projects
- Selection of the three main prizes
If necessary, project visits take place.
