The project Path to sustainable and safe housing for the homeless brought about a model of offering: a.) flexible and comprehensive housing support to people living in emergency housing units and b.) supported housing to most vulnerable homeless people with multiple support needs. It was developed through a process of intensive and continuous cooperation between a GO and an NGO in Ljubljana.
