Most of the Roma employment programs aim at low-educated, long-term unemployed people, offering low-skilled, low-paid jobs. As opposed, Integrom program aims at facilitating the employment of educated young Roma in quality corporate positions. We would like to contribute to more inclusive working environments and a more tolerant society on the long run.

If education is praised as THE key to escaping from poverty and social exclusion, then there must be a corresponding job offer at the end of such education – if not always, then at least in a majority of cases. If that does not happen, the concerned will no longer believe in these promises of happiness and success. And they will probably stop investing in education. Integrom demonstrates that this destructive vicious circle can be broken. The cooperation of NGOs working with roma, recruiting firms, and big companies creates an innovative, inclusive network – which will hopefully expand a lot further.
