AJ Ty v IT is a unique project that solves two problems at once – the challenge of integration of women in the tech job market and a lack of IT professionals in Slovakia and the whole of Europe. Women’s access to ICT education is hindered by serious barriers; they face a lot of negative prejudices concerning the field (which is often oriented towards men) and they are discouraged to enter it.
