"Regaining peace in your head" - is the goad of this evidence based training program. It targets refugee children and adolescents, who experience post traumatic stress symptoms after war and flight. Participants learn in six, 2-hourly group sessions to understand, recognise and control trauma symptoms. Implemented in schools and in first language many refugees can be supported effectively.

Appreciation of the Jury
This programme is aimed at displaced and traumatised children and adolescents and directly addresses the mental stress they suffer. They practise special self-care techniques to better manage their worries, anxiety, and anger. That gives the children and adolescents strength again. Their environment also benefits. An innovative approach with a clear impact: more stability in everyday life and an increased ability to concentrate and learn. This increases educational opportunities and facilitates integration into the new living environment.
