Formerly homeless people operate a cybercafé and guide other homeless people towards the internet. For the operators, their transition to a new form of life is being stabilised, for the users, the new media become easier of access by means of the peer approach. There are trainings (also for women only), counselling in situation of crisis, lectures, exhibitions, workshops and of course free internet access, all with coffee with no service charges. Subsidised by Fonds Soziales Wien, the offer is continually being adapted to the users, for example by means of an online-survey.
