As a team-building exercise, 120 employees of a large software company together with volunteers from BAGázs and more than a hundred residents of a housing development in Bag about 30 km east of Budapest renovated a total of 54 homes and built 28 desks for children. The office container, in which work was planned together for two months, was transformed into a common room including a terrace. It has become the basis for a community centre that is still to be constructed and which will be used for further campaigns of this type. The aim is to improve housing and living conditions and strengthen social cohesion.
