Club Coaching

Football reaches people easily. There are 376 football clubs in Upper Austria. The province’s Football Association, in cooperation with the health insurance fund, uses this potential for increasing social responsibility with respect to nutrition, cultural diversity, addictions, mobbing, (sexual) violence. Players, coaches, other club staff, their families, members or non-members identifying with the club, all of them get involved – at the annual Club Coaching reunion, in workshops, through networking and through reflection. Club-specific packages are offered. Problem awareness increases, members of the “club family” commit themselves. Province-wide implementation has been achieved, the media are interested.
